Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will gladly refund the purchase price of your unopened (before shipping & handling charges) if you are not fully satisfied. To receive a full refund to the original payment method used, orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products that are opened are not eligible for a return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Just a heads up, we won’t be able to issue a refund for products without proof of purchase. Refunds are given for regular priced items, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns and refund process
- Start return: To complete your return, please email us at loveandsupport@loveherbco.com, include your order number, the reason for the return, and proof of purchase.
- Let’s Connect: Our custom support team will respond within 48 hours to review your email and reach out with next steps. Our return address will be via email.
- Get Your Return Ready: Please pack up your items as securely as possible and send it back to us. No love lost.
- Shipping: Once we receive your item and the product is inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund, within 5-7 business days from your return delivery date. If you're approved, your refund will be processed minus original shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Standard processing time of refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please be patient with us. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at loveandsupport@loveherbco.com.
Damages and issues
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged by the shipping carrier in transit or any other issues. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All claims for damaged products or any other issues must be made within 48 hours of the package being delivered. If in the event, you do report a damaged product after the 48 hour window stated, please note we are not responsible and the product would no longer be eligible to be replaced or refunded.
To report shipping damage, incorrect or defective products, please email us at loveandsupport@loveherbco.com. All shipping damages, incorrect or defective products, claims must include detailed information of the damage as well as photographic evidence.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
